SUMMARY STATEMENT: Attached
is Resolution 04- approving the financing document to request $1,800,000 in State Revolving Fund loan proceeds to construct needed improvements to the City water system. Fourteen
days has elapsed since the public hearing and Council can now adopt the resolution and declare the expense to be ordinary and necessary. After adoption of the Resolution, staff will
prepare and submit the petition for judicial confirmation.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution 04- for the necessary improvements to our domestic water system facilities and direct
staff to petition the court for judicial confirmation of this action at the appropriate time and authorize the Mayor and City Attorney to sign all necessary documents.
