SUMMARY STATEMENT: DEQ
has extended an offer of a loan at 3.25% interest under the State Revolving Fund loan program in the amount of $1,800,000. Council can now pass the attached Resolution to move forward
to finance the necessary improvements to the domestic water system.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution 04- and the City Attorney to petition the court for judicial confirmation
of this action at the appropriate time and authorize the Mayor and City Attorney to sign all necessary documents.
