SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The attached purchase and sale agreement for Parcel K was submitted by Oliver Cleaver on March
8.
Parcel K is one of the three parcels within LID #3 (Spring Mountain Ranch) which the City now owns.
Staff is evaluating the purchase offer and will have a complete recommendation
for the Council’s consideration on March 11.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Direct staff to respond to the purchase offer.
