SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Two purchase offers have been received for Parcels K, L & M within LID 3. In addition, there has been substantial
new interest from other parties in purchasing these parcels.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Reject both purchase offers and market the properties for an auction to occur as soon as possible;
Authorize staff to negotiate, and the Mayor to sign, all necessary documents.
