SUMMARY STATEMENT: The Library has received $323.94 in donations, $123.94 from The Friends of the McCall Public Library for Travelogue
related books, and $200 from many small donations. As this amount exceeds the budgeted amount in private contributions 25-98-040-970, the library would like to request that $323.94
be taken from the library contingent revenue line, 25-99-065-100. $200 should be moved into the book budget line 25-57-150-435, to be spent as directed, the $123.94 into the Friends
line, 25-30-055-304 to cover the travelogue books.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Have council approve transfer.
