Board of Electrical Examiners and Review

Dave Hagen
Fred Gladbach
Jim Gooch, Jr.

MEMBERS ABSENT:

STAFF PRESENT:
Bill Luebbert, Electrical Inspector
STAFF ABSENT:
Matt Kreyling, Building Official
COUNCIL LIAISON ABSENT:
Ron Fitzwater, Councilman
The Electrical Board of Examiners and Review met January 11th, 2022, in the Thomas Jefferson
Conference Room of the John G. Christy Municipal Building. The meeting was called to order by
Bill Luebbert at 4:05 p.m. A quorum was present.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM November 9th , 2021 MEETING
A motion was made by Ray Fink and seconded by Fred Gladbach to approve the minutes of the
November 9th, 2021 meeting. Motion passed by show of hands.
REVIEW LICENSE APPLICATIONS
• A motion was made by Fred Gladbach and seconded by Jim Gooch, Jr. to approve
Jonathon Bussey to take Master Exam. The motion was passed by a show of hands.
• A motion was made by Dave Hagan and seconded by Fred Gladbach to approve Remy
Martinovich to take Journeyman Exam. The motion to was passed by a show of hands.
OLD BUSINESS
• Sean McClelland provided additional documentation and was granted his Journeyman
Electrician License.
NEW BUSINESS
9 Ameren now allows additional lever bypass meter bases. Must be Ameren approved.
SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING
The Electrical Review Board's next meeting will be March 8th , 2022 at 4:00 p.m. in the Thomas
Jefferson Conference Room.
ADJOURN
With no other business, the Board of Electrical Examiners and Review Meeting adjourned at
4:30 p.m.
