SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The attached addendum to the Agreement for Professional Golf Services with Allan Morrison
allows Council Members Bonnie Bertram and Bill Robertson to obtain certain confidential information from Allan Morrison. The current agreement already allows the City Manager, City Attorney,
City Treasurer, Director of Golf and Parks Operations and City Auditor access to that confidential information. Council Members Bertram and Robertson are members of the Golf Course Management
Team and need access to this data.
Changes to the existing agreement are identified in underline and strikethrough on the attached addendum.
Allan Morrison has reviewed the addendum
and is prepared to sign it. The City Attorney prepared the addendum and approves of it.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Addendum No. 1 to the Professional Golf Services Agreement with
Allan Morrison, and authorize all necessary signatures.
