SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Holladay Engineering and Secesh Engineering are performing the preliminary engineering
for the Four Corners Beautification Project. Plans, specifications and estimates must be submitted to the Idaho Transportation Department in order for the project to proceed to the construction
stage. A presentation will be given to the McCall Improvement Committee on 4/8/04 for staff and MIC final input. The design recommendations and cost estimates will then be presented
to the City Council for their approval.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Holladay Engineering's design recommendations and cost projections for the Four Corners Project and allow submission
of the P,S, & E to the Idaho Transportation Department on 4/9/04.
