SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Ms. Talboy would like to assign her current lease agreement over to Wolfe Properties & Investment L.L.C. Mr. Wolfe would like to assume all rights and privileges associated with
this lease agreement.
The Airport Advisory Committee has reviewed the request and has recommended that the Airport Manager submit the request to the City Council.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Lease transfer and authorize the Mayor to sign the assignment and assumption of lease.
