SUMMARY
STATEMENT:
Resolution 04–03 is the final Council action required to closeout the DEQ financing for the construction of the Water Treatment Plant.
The Resolution will be provided prior
to the Council meeting, incorporating the final costs for the project. Mike Moore is drafting the Resolution.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 04–03 and authorize the Mayor
and Clerk-Treasurer to sign all necessary documents.
