CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Carrie Tergin called the February 7, 2022 City Council “Pre-Meeting” to order at 5:45
P.M. to review the agenda.
ATTENDANCE
The following Councilmembers were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Fitzwater, Hensley, Lester, Schreiber, Spencer, Spicer, Vogt, Ward, and
Wiseman
Absent: Kemna
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilmember Kemna will lead the prayer.
Miscellaneous
- Kristi Campbell, Cole County Health Department Director will be in attendance to
provide a Pandemic Update.
Public Hearing
- Ryan Moehlman, City Attorney will present bill 2021-079.
Consent Agenda
- Councilmember Fitzwater requested to take up Item d. related to a grant acceptance
from MO DNR for stormwater system construction. He would like to highlight the item
and thank City Staff for securing grants to aid in funding City projects and stretching the
City’s dollars.
Councilmember Kemna arrived to the meeting at 5:50 P.M.

Resolutions
- City Staff presented their resolution.
New Business
- City Council will determine a date for the ARPA funds discussion.

- Sonny Sanders, Director of Planning a nd Protective Services will provide a Capitol
Avenue Update.
