resolution 04-02 with the proposed 2004 season rates and a comparison of the 2003 and 2004 season rates with projected increases. Projected increases are based on FY02-03 rounds.

ACTION: Approve resolution 04-02 for the 2004 season rates and authorize the Mayor to sign.
