ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING CHAPTER
19 (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC), SCHEDULE J (PARKING PROHIBITED), BY
MODIFICATIONS ON RIVIERA STREET AND OSCAR DRIVE, AND SCHEDULE M
(PARKING PROHIBITED AT CERTAIN TIMES) BY THE ADDITION OF PART OF
MULBERRY STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule J (Parking
Prohibited), section a (Streets and Highways) of the Code of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, is hereby amended by the modification of:
Riviera Street: north side, from East Capitol Avenue thru Riverside Drive.
Oscar Drive: outh side for a distance of 160 feet east of Christy Drive.
on the south side, from Christy Drive east 220 feet.
Section 2. Chapter 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule M (Parking
Prohibited at Certain Times), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended by the modification of:
fill Between the hours of 6:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday — Friday:
Mulberry Street: on the east side, from West Dunklin Street to 50 feet north of the north
curb of West Cedar Way.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
