SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On
February 10, the Planning & Zoning Commission conducted a properly noticed public hearing on the attached Ordinance No. 793 amending the Zoning Code, Title 3 of the McCall City Code.
Currently, churches are prohibited in all districts except the General Commercial (GC) district, where they are a permitted use.
The amendment adds new definitions and makes the necessary
changes to allow churches as a conditional use in all zoning districts.
The Commission recommends that Ordinance No. 793 be adopted by the City Council.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend
the rules and read Ordinance 793 one time only, by title only.
Adopt Ordinance 793 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
