Article I, of Chapter 254-22 of the Carteret Code entitled "Vehicles and Traffic", Article I, General Provisions; Traffic and Parking Regulations is hereby amended and supplemented to insert the following: VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC 254-22. Schedule IV: Limited Time Parking. Name of Street Side Time Limit Hours/Days Location Noe Street Both Two Hours 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.rn. Mon through Fri From the intersection of Noe Street and Pershing Avenue to a point 350 feet westerly thereof Section 2. All Ordinances and/or provIsIOns thereof inconsistent with the provision of this Ordinance shall be and are hereby repealed as to the extent of any such inconsistencies. Section 3. If any section, subsection, part, clause or phrase of this Ordinance shall be declared invalid by judgment of any Court of competent jurisdiction, the section, subsection, part, clause or phrase shall be deemed to be sever able from the remainder of this Ordinance.
