SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Attached
is the amended contract between the City of McCall and Delta Dental. Delta Dental was charging a 2% fee to the City for COBRA administration that was also being charged by COBRASERV.
Since Delta Dental was not administering COBRA benefits they have agreed to amend the contract to remove the administration fees.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Please approve the amended
contract and authorize the Mayor to sign.
