SUMMARY STATEMENT: The School District approved the attached agreement between
the City and the School District. The agreement contains the provisions that we have been working on for the past two years regarding the skateboard park. Under the agreement, the
City would maintain the park in the same fashion as all other parks. The Skateboard Park Association would be responsible for the costs of construction.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the agreement between the City and the School District for the Skateboard Park and authorize the Mayor to sign.
