SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On May 11 the Planning &
Zoning Commission reviewed the final plat for Phase One of the Greystone on Payette Condominiums. Phase One consists of 16 units in 8 buildings. The Preliminary Plat was approved on
April 6, for 30 condominium units in two phases.
The P&Z recommends that the City Council approve the final plat. Attached is the application, the P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions, and
draft Findings & Conclusions for the Council. The complete file is substantial, and is not included in this packet. The complete file is available for review in the Community Development
Department.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions and approve the final plat of Phase One of the Greystone on Payette Condominiums (SUB–04–7).
