SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On April 6 the Planning & Zoning Commission conducted a public
hearing on the proposed Shiner Creek Condominiums. Shiner Creek Condominiums is a replat of a portion of the Greenbriar Condominium complex. It contains 8 condominium units, detached
garages and other improvements on approximately 1 acre.
The P&Z approved the preliminary plat and recommends that the City Council approve the final plat. Attached is the complete
application, the P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions, and draft Findings & Conclusions for the Council.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions and approve the final
plat of the Shiner Creek Condominiums (SUB–04–1).
