SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On May 4 the Planning & Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing
on the proposed Gunhill Subdivision. Gunhill Subdivision is a two lot subdivision along SH 55, immediately west of the Ski Ranch Subdivision. Each lot will be one acre in size.
The
P&Z approved the preliminary plat and recommends that the City Council approve the final plat. Attached is the complete application, the P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions, and draft Findings
& Conclusions for the Council.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions and approve the final plat of the Gunhill Subdivision (SUB–04–6).
