SUMMARY STATEMENT: As required by
McCall City Code 8-14-4 (F) that no person shall engage in any commercial activity in whole or in part within City parks of facilities except as authorized by a concession agreement
or special use permit issued by the McCall City council, Sherry Kistner/SK Productions is requesting a Special Use Permit for Fairway Park for the Payette Lakes Arts and Crafts Fair
to be held on Saturday, August 21 and Sunday, August 22, 2004
Attached is a copy of the proposed Special Use Permit along with SK Production’s Park Reservation Application and Hawker’s
License Application, (the fees for both have been paid in full and both have been approved by the McCall City Manager or designee).
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve issuance of a Special
Use Permit for this event, and authorize the City Clerk to sign.
