SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On March 2 the Planning & Zoning Commission conducted
a public hearing on the proposed Timberlake Condominiums First Amended Plat. The project is a replat of the existing project to convert the existing “Manager’s Apartment” into a 34th
saleable condominium unit. There will be no increase in the total number of dwelling units on the property. No other changes to the site are proposed.
The P&Z approved the preliminary
plat and recommends that the City Council approve the final plat. Attached is the complete application, the P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions, and draft Findings & Conclusions for the Council.

MENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions and approve the final plat of the Timberlake Condominiums First Amended Plat (SUB–04–3).
