SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On April 6 the Planning & Zoning Commission conducted
a public hearing on the proposed West Hayes Estates Subdivision. West Hayes Estates is a three lot subdivision along Boydstun Lane. Each lot will be approximately 1/3 acre in size and
will be served by existing public utilities.
The P&Z approved the preliminary plat and recommends that the City Council approve the final plat. Attached is the complete application,
the P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions, and draft Findings & Conclusions for the Council.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions and approve the final plat of the
West Hayes Estates Subdivision (SUB–04–5).
