SUMMARY STATEMENT:
ITD has prepared the attached Addendum to the existing
State/Local Agreement for East-West Loop Project Development. This Addendum states that the additional match agreed to by the Council will be paid. All other aspects of the existing
State/Local Agreement remain in place. The $81,280 payment will come from the LHTAC grant already received. Resolution 04–6 authorizes the Addendum.
ITD has also prepared the attached
Addendum to the existing State/Local Agreement for East-West Loop Construction. This Addendum states that the additional match agreed to by the Council will be paid. All other aspects
of the existing State/Local Agreement remain in place. Resolution 04–7 authorizes the Addendum.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolutions 04–6 and 04-7, and authorize the Mayor to sign
the State/Local Agreements.
