The Ordinance was never executed for legal adoption and must be readopted by the Council to become valid.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the rezoning of 810 Lakeside Avenue from B Residential to C Commercial; and Suspend the rules and read Ordinance 795 by title only, one time only; and Adopt Ordinance 795; and Authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents. The property is approximately one-half acre in size and is located immediately east of the former ‘Chicken Roost’, across the street from Idaho Power. The P&Z recommends approval of the rezoning request. Attached is the complete application, the P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions, and draft Findings & Conclusions for the Council.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the rezoning of 810 Lakeside Avenue from B Residential to C Commercial; and Waive the rules and read Ordinance 795 by title only, one time only; and Adopt Ordinance 795; and Authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
