SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On June 10, 2004, the City Council Approved the rezoning of 810 Lakeside Avenue from B Residential to C Commercial; suspended the rules and read Ordinance #795 by title only, one time
only; adopted Ordinance 795, and authorized Mayor to sign all necessary documents. The Ordinance was never executed for legal adoption and must be readopted by the Council to become
valid.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the rezoning of 810 Lakeside Avenue from B Residential to C Commercial; and
Suspend the rules and read Ordinance 795 by title only, one
time only; and
Adopt Ordinance 795; and
Authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.

UMMARY STATEMENT:
On April 6 the Planning & Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on a request from Larry Wilfinger to rezone the property located at 810 Lakeside Avenue from
the B Residential zoning district to the C Commercial zoning district. The property is approximately one-half acre in size and is located immediately east of the former ‘Chicken Roost’,
across the street from Idaho Power.
The P&Z recommends approval of the rezoning request. Attached is the complete application, the P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions, and draft Findings
& Conclusions for the Council.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the rezoning of 810 Lakeside Avenue from B Residential to C Commercial; and
Waive the rules and read Ordinance 795 by title
only, one time only; and
Adopt Ordinance 795; and
Authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
