SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The attached Closure Addendum with Spring Mountain Ranch conveys
the northern leg of Spring Mountain Boulevard to the City and completes and terminates Spring Mountain Ranch’s obligations under the Amended and Restated Right-of-Way Agreement (dated
September 23, 1993), Amended and Restated Water System agreement (dated September 23, 1993), and a Memorandum of Agreements (dated February 13, 1992). Complete copies of the agreements
referenced in this Closure Addendum are available for review in the Community Development Department.
Following the conveyance of the right-of-way to the City from Spring Mountain Ranch,
the realignment authorized in June 2003 will be completed.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Spring Mountain Ranch Closure Addendum and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
