RESOLUTION NO. 92 -3121
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY ESTABLISHING FEES PURSUANT TO
SECTION 5142 OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO INDEPENDENT SERVICE PRO-
VIDERS BUSINESS LICENSE FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following fees shall apply:
K. Independent Service Provider Classification Rates.
The license fee for the Independent Service Provider
Classification shall be based upon a flat fee of $35.00
annually.
This rate shall be applicable to all business activities
in the Independent Service Provider Classification,
except as specifically set forth in Specialty Business
Classification Rates, Section H.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this Resolution and the same shall thereupon take
effect and be in force
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 1992.

Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of February,
