Resolution 05-01 Approvals: Department/ Committee/Individual Initials Remarks (Originator/Support)   Mayor / Council     City Manager     Community Development     Treasurer     Clerk     Police Department     Public Works     Golf Operations     Parks & Recreation    COST IMPACT: N/A Airport    FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Library  Originator   City Attorney    TIMELINE: Upon execution of the agreement by both parties Grant Coordinator     Other:    SUMMARY STATEMENT: Mountain House, Inc. approached the McCall Public Library Board of Trustees about the possibility of entering into a contract to reproduce prints of images selected from the McCall Public Library archives and providing them for sale to the public. The Vendor would donate ten percent (10%) of the wholesale price to the McCall Public Library for each print that is purchased. Each image selected from the Library would require approval from the Library Director prior to production. The Library Board of Trustees have unanimously recommended presenting the Vendor Agreement to the City Council for consideration. Attached is a copy of a letter prepared by the McCall Public Library Board of Trustees stating their support of the agreement.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution 05-01 and authorize the mayor to sign all necessary documents.
