SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Police Department will receive
$3,500 in equipment from the Idaho Homeland Security Office Grant. The value of this equipment needs to be recorded in the budget for audit purposes.
We are requesting the Council
authorize a budget line item transfer of $3,500 from contingent revenue to miscellaneous revenue and from contingent expense to Federal-PD-Homeland Security expense (10-60-250-659.0).
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Authorize Staff to transfer $3,500 from contingent revenue to miscellaneous revenue and from contingent expense to Federal-PD-Homeland Security expense.
