SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On 12/15/04 the City Council adopted Resolution 04-19 approving the acquisition of a 20-foot easement located on Lot 20 of Timberlost IV for the Spring Mountain Ranch Regional Lift
Station. The property owner has since requested some changes to the wording of the easement agreement. The City Attorney has encompassed the changes into a new Resolution and easement
agreement that will allow the acquisition of the easement to proceed.
Attached is a copy of Resolution 05-02.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 05-02 and authorize
the mayor to sign all necessary documents.
