The Ordinance was recorded by the Valley County Recorder as Instrument # 288485 on October 14, 2004. The Valley County Assessor discovered a typographical error in one of the footages contained in the legal description of the Dawson Avenue parcel which resulted in the failure of the property to close to scale. Ordinance No. 807 will correct the legal description of the Dawson Avenue property and allow the Valley County Assessor to recognize the transfer of ownership. Attached is a copy of the letter from the County Assessor identifying the problem with the property description contained in the Ordinance, the exchange agreement between Tom Schoonover and the City of McCall, Ordinance, No. 781, Ordinance No. 807, and a corrected Quitclaim Deed.
