SUMMARY STATEMENT:
An advertisement for bid has been published for the Treated Water Storage Pipeline Project. The project consists of building the pipeline from the Water Treatment Plant to the water
storage tank. A pre-bid conference was held on May 12th and was attended by four contractors. The bid opening will be held on June 7, 2005. A list of the bid amounts will be provided
at the City Council Meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Award the contract to apparent lowest responsible bidder and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
