Hybrid Meeting Due to Covid-19/Social Distancing
ATTENDEES:
Committee members present: Erin Wiseman, Laura Ward, Hank Vogt, Ron Fitzwater, Jon Hensley
Staff present: Steve Crowell, Gail Strope, Ryan Moehlman, Sonny Sanders,
Others Present: Scott Spencer, Michael Shine (News Tribune), Leigh Ann Corrigan (Online), Mike Lester, Matt
Schofield (Online), Carrie Tergin, PPS (Online), Unknown (Online)
Meeting came to order at 7:32 a.m. by Councilmember Erin Wiseman. The September 1, 2021 minutes were
approved with a motion by Councilmember Ron Fitzwater, and seconded by Councilmember Jon Hensley. The
motion passed unanimously.
Compensation Study RFP: Presented by Steve Crowell. Councilmember Erin Wiseman said this was already
discussed and passed to the full council in September. The RFP will be sent back to council.
Performance Study: Presented by Scott Spencer. Councilmember Scott Spencer is recommending the City
perform a Performance Study. He believes the cost would be $50,000 to $70,000. After the discussion
Councilmember Ron Fitzwater made the motion to have staff draft a performance study RFP and bring it back to
the next Administration Meeting. Councilmember Jon Hensley seconded the motion. The motion passed 5-0.
Appointments: Presented by Gail Strope. The committee made two new appointments. A motion to approve was
made by Councilmember Ron Fitzwater and seconded by Councilmember Laura Ward. The motion passed 5-0.

There being no further business, Councilmember Erin Wiseman ended the meeting at 8:14 a.m.
