SUMMARY
STATEMENT:
On May 3, 2005 the Planning and Zoning Commission held a properly posted and noticed public hearing. The Commission heard public testimony and reviewed a staff report. The
Commission found that the application meets the requirements of MCC 3-31-030(A) and recommended the approval of the application by the City Council without a second hearing.
The complete
application is extensive and is not attached to this agenda bill. The complete application is available for review in the Community Development Department.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt
the draft Findings & Conclusions for CUP-05-5 and authorize the Mayor to sign.
