SUMMARY STATEMENT:
John Blaye of
Valley County Economic Development has arranged for Thomas Lay and Mary Pridmore from Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. (NHS) to make a presentation on the affordable housing products
that they provide in Boise and elsewhere. NHS is a not-for-profit corporation that has been working with the Valley Adams Planning Partnership as the Partnership assesses opportunities
for regional collaboration.
It is too early in the City’s affordable housing decision-making process to commit to specific affordable housing organizational structures, products or
service providers. The NHS presentation will be one of several to Council as the City develops and implements its affordable housing strategy.
