SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Payette Lakes Recreational Water & Sewer District has
received several applications requesting inclusion into the District. Inclusion is roughly equivalent to annexation, and is required before the District will extend sewer service to
the property. Applications have been received from, or are anticipated from, Whitetail, Fox Ridge, Aspen Ridge Phase 2, and Scott Findlay’s proposed development. All four projects are
either located within the city limits or have requested annexation into the City.
The applications that have been received by the District are attached.
What should the City’s position
be regarding these inclusion requests?
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
A formal recommendation will be provided at the Council meeting.
