SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Ordinance No. 804 was adopted by the City Council on February 24, 2005 and approved the annexation of Fox Ridge subdivision. The Ordinance
was rejected by the Idaho State Tax Commission since the legal description of the property boundaries doesn’t comply with the mapping requirements required by IDAPA 35.01.03.225.03.
Kerr Surveying has revised the legal description of the property which is contained in attachment “A” of Ordinance No. 813. Ordinance No. 813 will correct the deficiencies contained
in Ordinance No. 804 and will allow the subdivision to be annexed into the City of McCall.
Attached is the notice from the State Tax Commission, the corrected legal description from
Kerr Surveying, and Ordinance No. 813.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend the rules and read Ordinance No. 813 by title only, one time only; and
Adopt Ordinance No. 813
