SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The applicant is requesting a final to combine two lots in the industrial zone at
the corner of Jacob and Commerce.
The McCall Planning & Zoning Commission considered the final plat at its meeting of May 17, 2005. A public hearing was not required to consider this
application. The Commission recommended that the final plat be approved. Attached are the staff report, the P&Z’s Findings and Conclusions, and draft Findings and Conclusions for the
Council. The complete file is substantial and is not included in the packet. The complete file is available for review in the Community Development Department.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings and Conclusions and approve the final plat of the Nelson Subdivision (SUB-05-9)
