MOTION 2022-146
I move to approve proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment TLOA-2021-0006, dated
July 26, 2022, and included as Attachment 1, which establishes temporary outdoor
dining as a use subject to standards, based on finding that the amendments further
economic development objectives of the Town Plan and that the proposal would serve
the public necessity, convenience, general welfare and good zoning practice.
