SUMMARY
STATEMENT:
On May 3, 2005 the Planning and Zoning Commission held a properly posted and noticed public hearing. The Commission heard public testimony and reviewed a staff report. The
Commission found that the application meets the requirements of MCC 3-22-100, subject to certain conditions, and recommended the approval of the application by the City Council. The
Commission’s recommendation includes a specific alignment for the extension of Roosevelt Avenue north of Hemlock Street that remains controversial.
The public hearing has been properly
noticed. The complete application is extensive and is not attached to this agenda bill. The complete application is available for review in the Community Development Department.
RECOMMENDED
ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions for PUD-05-2 and authorize the Mayor to sign.
