SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On May 3,
2005 the Planning & Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on a request for zoning designation upon annexation for approximately 5.82 acres on the west side of Spring Mountain
Boulevard just south of Spring Mountain Ranch Ranch. The property is currently zoned R-10; the requested zoning designation is A – Low Density Residential.
The Planning & Zoning Commission
recommends that the property be designated A – Low Density Residential if annexed. The Planning and Zoning Commission’s Findings and Conclusions are attached. Draft Findings & Conclusions
are also attached.
An ordinance annexing the property will be brought to the City Council with the PUD General Plan application.
The complete application is extensive and is not attached
to this agenda bill. The complete application is available for review in the Community Development Department.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions for ZON–05–3
and authorize the Mayor to sign.
