SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The current contract with ASMI for the maintenance of the Non-Directional Beacon (NDB) is set to expire on January 23, 2005. The company has proposed a
new contract with the City for the Maintenance of the Beacon at the same contract rate as last year. The expense has been included in the City Budget.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve
the Maintenance Contract with ASMI for the Non-Directional Beacon (NDB) and authorize the Mayor to sign.
