Amendments relating to rainfall calculations and conformance with proposed changes
to the MA DEP Stormwater Handbook/MS4 Permit.

Toll Brothers is undertaking the construction of the remaining approved lots as part of
the Elmwood Farms III (Blueberry Lane)subdivision.As a result of the proposed work,a
Stormwater Management Permit is required due to the amount of disturbance.
