SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Joy I. Smith is selling her hangar (#606,
Parcel 2, Lot C, Block 8, McCall Municipal Airport) to P&T Idaho LL, and will need to have her lease with the City of McCall assigned to the new hangar owner.
The Airport Advisory Committee
has reviewed the request and has recommended that the City Manager submit the request to the City Council.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Lease transfer and authorize the Mayor
to sign the assignment and assumption of lease.
