SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Trout, Weeks & Nemec have
agreed to provided interim City Attorney services for the time between Moore Smith Buxton & Turcke’s last day – July 15 – and the start date for a new City Attorney. On July 28, the
Council is scheduled to act on a contract with a new City Attorney. Interviews are being conducted on July 14.
The attached contract provides interim City Attorney services to the City
of McCall.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the contract with Trout, Weeks & Nemec PLLC for interim City Attorney services and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
