SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Valley County Commissioners are meeting
on July 18, 2005 to discuss the next step following the lack of response to their RFP for a Housing Consultant. They have requested a representative from the City to participate in
the discussion.
Based upon the Housing Market and Needs Assessment for Valley County and Adams County of July 1, 2005, staff will present a conceptual housing strategy for Council
discussion.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Identify a staff member or Council member to attend the July 18 County Commissioners meeting.
