SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Attached
are a Concession Agreement and the supporting documents requesting permission for Christian Martineau owner of Catch me if you Can to operate one concession cart in Legacy Park Monday
through Sunday from July 28th, 2005 through September 30, 2005. He will be serving selling ice cream and red bull. The Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee voted Unanimously to recommend
Catch me if you Can. Christian will maintain the area around his stand and keep the area free of debris and leave the parks in as good or better shape. The Concessionaire’s equipment
will be subject to inspection by the City Manager or his/her staff.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the concession agreement with Catch Me If You Can and authorize the Mayor to sign
all necessary documents.
