SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On July 12,
2005 the Planning and Zoning Commission held a properly posted and noticed public meeting. The Commission found that the application meets the requirements of MCC 3-21 subject to certain
conditions and recommended the approval of the final plat by the City Council.
The applicant has substantially met the conditions set by the Commission and is requesting final plat
and final plan approval. A companion development agreement is also attached for Council approval. As of July 21, 2005 the final plat must be reviewed by the new City Engineer who anticipates
that the review will be completed before July 28.
The complete application is extensive and is not attached to this agenda bill. The complete application is available for review in
the Community Development Department.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions and approve the Final Plat for SUB–04–10, River Ranch Phase 1A.
Approve the related
Development Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign.
