SUMMARY
STATEMENT:
On April 5, 2005 the Planning and Zoning Commission held a properly posted and noticed public hearing. The hearing was continued to May 3, June 7 and July 12 in order to
allow the applicant time to conduct a wetland assessment. The applicant completed the wetland assessment on July 1 and presented the Commission with a revised site plan. The Commission
heard public testimony and reviewed staff reports. The Commission found that the application meets the requirements of MCC 3-31-030(A) and recommended the approval of the application
by the City Council without a second hearing.
The complete application is extensive and is not attached to this agenda bill. The complete application is available for review in the
Community Development Department.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions for CUP-05-2 and authorize the Mayor to sign.
