HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 92-31311 1 1 RESOLUTION 92 -3131 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 91 -1096 AND ZONE VARIANCE 91 -1095 A REQUEST BY CITI DESIGN ASSOCIATES TO ALLOW THE DIVISION OF THE FORMER "MASSIES" 6,600 SQUARE FOOT COMMERCIAL BUILDING INTO FOUR INDEPENDENTLY ACCESSIBLE COMMERCIAL UNITS VIA AN ATRIUM -TYPE COURT WITHOUT ADDING NINE REQUIRED PARKING STALLS LOCATED AT 9520 LAS TUNAS DRIVE IN THE RETAIL COMMERCIAL (C -1) ZONE. (CITI DESIGN) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: SECTION 1. Based upon testimony received at a noticed public hearing before the City Council and upon the facts con- tained in the staff report and testimony received at a noticed public hearing before the Planning Commission and findings enu- merated in the Planning Commission Resolution, the City Council denies the request for reasons contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 92- 1636PC. SECTION 2. Accordingly, Conditional Use Permit 91 -1096 and Zone Variance 91 -1095 are denied without prejudice. SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON MARCH 3, 1992.
